vit e to prevent rancidity in oils

hi… any idea what % of vitamin e should be added to oils to prevent
rancidity?
i thk about 5%…is that ok?

    NO, it is only 1 % of T-50 .

    so if you have 1000g of oil then you use 1g of vitamin E

    Don’t you mean 0.1% at 1% it can become and irritant.
