Size of pvc?

Can anyone tell me what width pvc pipe you use for soap molds?
How long it should be?
What do you use to cut the soap once it’s cured?
Thank you. LK

I’m totally new to this but this is what I read…. from one book: use 2
inch PVC pipe w/cap and make them 1 foot long. And it is my understanding
that you don’t cut it AFTER it is cured because it is too brittle you cut it
after you wait the 24 hours and before it is cured. Like i said I’m new to
this but that is what I read. Please somebody correct me if I’m wrong.

I have used the 2 inch and the 3 inch PVC. I like the 3″ much better as the 2″
    soap is so small.
I have mine cut into 12″ lengths and fill to about the 10″ mark so I have room
    to push the soap out.
I cut my soap with a knife right out of the mold before curing. Are you doing
CP? If so it’s easiest to cut it and then let it cure.
