While GSE is not really a preservative, it IS a very effective
germicidal, antiseptic, antibiotic, and disinfectant. GSE has several
uses, and I still recommend its usage in everything you’ve mentioned
below.
I’ve been using it for about 6 months now and have been very pleased
with the results. It has helped/cleared/cured everything from acne,
ringworm, cuts, etc. My dog had a litter of 10 pups back in July and
after about 2 weeks, her nipples became raw and sore. I mixed GSE in
some liquid castille soap, washed her down really good, the applied a
mixture of almond oil and GSE to the red areas raw spots. In just a few
hours, the redness was gone and some of the raw spots had already healed
over.
