will be shipped directly from Kibby; therefore, there is no co-op
fee. This is simply a bulk purchase in order to get the lowest price
possible for everyone :o)
Product Description:
Kukui Nut Oil ($21.50/lb) - This oil is high in linoleic and
linolenic acids which are essential fatty acids vital for the
metabolism of healthy skin. Vitamins A, C and E are added to
stabilize the oil. Kukui nut oil is easily absorbed by the skin and
soothes irritated, sunburned, or burned skin. A wonderful massage
oil. You can use up to 10% for a great bar of soap. This oils is rich
in oleic acid. It’s highly stable and good for your skin! Grown in
Hawaii, Kukui nut oil has been used since ancient times to heal dry
and weather-exposed skin. The Kukui Nut Oil carries a shelf life of 9-
12 months.
Monoi de Tahiti ($10.35/lb) - This oil is considered “unscented” but
carries the natural aroma of the tiare flower. A truly beautiful
exotic oil from Polynesia. The word Monoi means scented oil. It is
created by soaking/macerating Tiare petals in refined coconut oil for
15 days. True Monoi de Tahiti carries an “Appellation of Origin”
guarantee and is produced under very controlled manufacturing methods
to ensure the highest quality oil. Use this oil in creams, lotions,
soaps and other recipes but first be sure to enjoy it straight from
the bottle. Monoi de Tahiti carries a shelf life of one year or more.
