if you are using crisco (or check your shortening label) youd enter it as
soybean oil
also, i know i have seen the link in the last few days, so can the person
resend it please, there is a place you can go and check the properties of the
oils you are going to use, for example, which makes a nice lather, which is
more conditioning etc.
