May 31st, 2006 · No Comments

I purchased a jar of Coconut Oil @ GNC for almost $10bucks.
It was SOLID when I bought it, & by the time I got home it was LIQUID
form.
It’s just too too oily to use, but I’d hate to throw it out.
What are the BENEFITS/USES of coconut oil & how do I get it back to
it’s […]

May 28th, 2006 · No Comments

When I make my fisherman soap, I use anise as the fish seem to like it. That
could be used in a spray.
For my hunter soap, I use essential oils that are indigenous to our area. For
instance, oakmoss, Texas cedar (Not Virginia cedar),sage etc. My customers
swear by it.
My son-in-law has bagged his biggest bucks since using […]

Shelf life and scrubs with oatmeal

May 27th, 2006 · 2 Comments

I’m new here and would like to make sugar scrubs to give this
holiday season. I like the recipes that add ground oatmeal or

mold?
I […]

One bar of Fels Naptha soap shouldn’t cost any more that $1.50 - TOPS.
At my local grocery store, it’s only .99!! This website is selling 3
bars for $6.50 - that’s $2.16 per bar!! Also, they’re charging $4.50
for A&H washing soda, where it […]

May 24th, 2006 · No Comments

Hi I tried using this and found it did slow down the browning
process but it is definalty still there. Do you stir it in with the
FO or the soap? Because I stirred it in with the FO for a few mins.
Also don’t you use equal amounts of the stabilizer to the FO? Or is
it 1/2 […]
