Hi all,
Could I please have some recommendations regarding the addition of
herbs(powdered, I assume), Liquid Silk, milk powders, etc. to a pre-
made lotion base!! I’m on a “creative binge”, & the thought of just
adding fragrance/essential oils to a base bores me! Also, any other
